Our Advice Centres are currently going through an exciting period of transformation to ensure we continue to deliver innovative, personalised and convenient solutions for our customers.Te tūranga | The role:We have an awesome opportunity for a Part-Time Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Masterton.As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings, and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.This is a part-time position working 20.5 hours a week between Monday and WednesdayYou will be busy serving customers each day via a number of channels, while also maintaining the branch operations.Ō pūkenga | About you:We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying.
