A great team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others.
Good communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate with residents, their families and team members.
Be familiar with computers and have the ability to learn new systems.
A qualification in Health & Wellbeing (or equivalent) would be beneficial, but not essential.
