Lineage is looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor - Afternoon Shift at our Wiri Facility. The role requires a confident hands-on leader who can develop and motive their team to deliver a high standard of service to our customers.About the RoleLineage is looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor - Afternoon Shift at our Wiri Facility. The role requires a confident hands-on leader who can develop and motive their team to deliver a high standard of service to our customers.You will be a strong communicator and be able to respond quickly to changing demands. Enhancing and maintaining the effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a leader of health and safety in our new facility.We are looking for a minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in an operations/warehousing role with leading a team. Experience of export licensed/regulatory environment is an advantage.If you have the following attributes and experience, this could be the job for you:

lead and build on Lineage Logistics’ health and safety culture
effective leadership, with a strong focus on staff
plan and direct work activities in a dynamic environment
proficient numeracy and analytical skills
ensure all organisational and operational procedures and policies are adhered to
ensure all inwards, and outward/export processes meet regulatory and licence requirements
control inventory and have the ability to work a computer-based tracking system
have proficient verbal and written communication skills
hold a current Forklift Operators licence
excellent planner and problem solver
