Kia hiwa rā!We have an opportunity for a HR Manager - Commercial Operations to join our Toi Tangata (People and Capability) leadership team.This role leads a team of senior HR professionals to deliver strategic and operational HR services across Ngāi Tahu Holdings Corporation and its commercial business units. You'll be responsible for ensuring HR advice is timely, values-led, and tailored to meet the needs of diverse business units while maintaining Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu authenticity.As a senior leader, you'll work closely with the Group Head - Toi Tangata and other Ngāi Tahu Holdings leaders to embed people strategies, foster strong relationships, and drive continuous improvement. You'll also play a key role in supporting the implementation of Mō Kā Uri: Kāi Tahu 2050 and the development of new strategic HR frameworks.This role is currently held by a fixed-term incumbent and we are now seeking a permanent appointment to continue leading this important mahi.Our permanent HR Manager - Commercial Operations, will bring:

Proven HR leadership experience, with the ability to inspire collaboration and build trust across a high-performing team.
Demonstrated track record of leading strategic HR teams in highly commercial operations, including in the primary sector
Deep knowledge of employment legislation and experience managing complex employment relations matters.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship management abilities.
