If you enjoy variety and working in a small team with great collegiality we have the role for you. In this role you will provide safe and clinically effective patient/client assessment and intervention. You will be competent at prioritising a diverse caseload and working closely alongside allied health, nursing and medical colleagues to deliver efficient and timely clinical intervention. You will have well developed education skills, and be able to effectively share nutrition knowledge with other health professions and groups.This is a permanent full time position working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE) Monday to Friday. However if you are looking for part time or fixed term work please call to discuss options.About the Team/Service/ LocationAllied Health Dietitians at Wairarapa Hospital provide dietetic services for children and adults across a range of settings, including inpatient, outpatient and community. Dietitians are an integral part of the multidisciplinary team and you need to be comfortable to work closely with other disciplines to provide best clinical management across a variety of presentations. You will be part of a small local dietetic team with strong collegial networks regionally and nationally.Learn more about living in the Wairarapa region click hereAbout youTo be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 3 years clinical practice, including experience in paediatrics and nutrition support.
