Our engineer/technician work in the crucial and exciting world of healthcare infection control, where our products and services ultimately help our customers save lives and improve patient outcomes.As a valued member of our Healthcare equipment project team, you’ll be responsible for carrying out installation, on chemistry dosing bulk systems, complex infection control machinery in hospitals, day surgeries and life science facilities located across Australia. You’ll report directly to the ANZ Project Engineering Manager and form part of wider large equipment project team.We have major projects coming soon to the region, and you may additionally be involved in capital equipment installations, commissioning, and validation.This is a great opportunity for a skilled, practical person, looking build a rewarding career in the Healthcare industry with a global leader.Ideally you will possess:Strong technical skills and a solution-based approachExperience of mechanics, electronics, electrical motors or industrial washers/washing machines or dishwashers is preferable.Knowledge of pneumatics, steam or pressure valvesA restricted electrical licenseA positive “can do” attitude with great communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholdersThe ability to work autonomously, and as part of a teamA clear customer service focusDesire to succeed.A clear understanding of what it means to “own the outcome”This role may require some national/overseas travel with overnight stays.About us:Ecolab Healthcare is at the forefront in providing medical devices, equipment, chemistry, hand care and service to the medical, dental, scientific, and pharmaceutical industries.
