Engagement and interface with Primary Care
(Participate in) Clinical Governance (in Te Tai Tokerau)
Participate in service redesign projects and initiatives
Supporting the development, maintenance, and socialisation of Clinical Pathways
As the successful candidate you will ideally bring a primary care sector background as well as experience and knowledge of clinical quality; best practice, consumer roles and equitable practice.
