We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer with expertise in BizTalk and .NET technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for innovation and problem-solving, capable of delivering both Business-As-Usual (BAU) and project-based work. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to perform root cause analysis, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using BizTalk and .NET frameworks.
Lead and contribute to both BAU and project work, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Perform root cause analysis and implement effective remedies for system issues.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing creative solutions.
Provide technical advice and mentorship to other developers and team members.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Document technical designs, processes, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance team capabilities.

Key Skills & Attributes

Proven experience with BizTalk Server and .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior staff.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on BizTalk and .NET technologies.
Certifications in Microsoft technologies (preferred but not required).
