Through whanaungatanga, manaakitanga, and kotahitanga we support your authentic self each day.Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the roleDue to growth, we are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Finance and Operations Transformation team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland.This role will primarily focus on engagements related to Operations and Supply Chain transformation. The Finance and Operations Transformation team covers a wide variety of engagement types including operational excellence, performance improvement, procurement, supply chain and finance transformation. You will have the opportunity to work with both private and public sector clients across industries as diverse as agriculture to banking. Our proven solutions are enabled by continuous digital transformation across people, process, and performance, helping our clients accelerate business benefits.Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experienceOur ideal candidate for this role will have the following:3-5 years hands-on experience in Supply Chain, ideally across key areas such as warehousing, transport management and transport planning.Be well-versed in the full supply chain life-cycle, from strategy development through to execution.Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment with a strong background. Supply chain planning, Sales and Operations planning or Integrated Business Planning experience is highly desirable..Ability to support and deliver engagements and support the conversion of new business opportunities through both relationship development and competitive tender situations.Strong relationship management skills with the confidence to engage with staff at all levels including Executive Teams and Boards.Ability to work in a highly agile environment and support the delivery of complex engagements.Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to tell a story and convey key messages, along with financial and data literacy.A positive, can-do attitude, a strong sense of curiosity, and eager to lead by example.Experience working with digital supply chain systems eg.
