- Coordinate workflows and ensure timely delivery of support services
- Book meetings, take minutes, and arrange rooms,
- Arrange domestic travel for staff
- Assist with document preparation and internal communications
- Act as superusers for MPI systems, supporting staff with access and use
- Receive and process invoices, purchase orders and mail
- Collaborative – enjoys working with others and contributes positively to team culture.
- Organised and proactive – able to manage tasks, prioritise effectively, and follow through.
- Customer-focused – committed to delivering a great experience in every interaction.
- Comfortable with technology – familiar with Microsoft Office tools (like Outlook, Word, Excel), and open to learning new systems.
