Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist Coordinator looking for a new full-time opportunity to showcase your skills? Our busy dental office is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team!Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dentist & hygienist books.
  • Verify insurance information and process payments.
  • Demonstrates their exceptional ability to communicate with patients and the broader team in a collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate with co-workers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Answered phone calls and responded to patient inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Dental Receptionist
  • Proficiency in EXACT
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Contributing to overall team success
  • Work well under pressure
