- Develop and implement project methodology timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the team
- Oversee contract compliance, manage variations and claims and provide monthly financial reports.
- Lead the onsite construction team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Lead by example promoting and achieving zero harm goals
- Maintaining a safe and tidy site, assisting in the development of management systems and ensuring compliance within your team
- Undertaking regular inspections to ensure that safety, environmental, and quality standards are achieved across the project.
- Project and/ or Contract management experience in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in managing Civil infrastructure construction projects
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, plant and budgets
- Track record of promoting a culture of safety, quality and environmental excellence
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
