We're working with a well-established manufacturing business in Seaview that's offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious graduate. If you're keen to get exposure across procurement, project coordination, and production management-and you've got leadership aspirations-this role is designed for you.You'll start in an administrative support role within the procurement team, learning the ropes of the business from the ground up. As your confidence and skills grow, you'll take on more responsibility within production, with a genuine pathway toward a Production Manager position.What You'll Be Doing
Providing admin support to the procurement team
Tracking orders, managing inventory, and liaising with suppliers
Supporting project coordination and maintaining documentation
Helping streamline processes between departments
Working closely with production teams to understand work flows and resourcing needs
Contributing to scheduling, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
A recent or near-completion degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or similar
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Confidence in communicating and building relationships across teams
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn beyond day-to-day admin
Ambition to grow into a leadership role in production or operations
Reliability, practicality, and a can-do attitude
