Auckland Transport is looking for a talented Geospatial Analyst to help shape the future of transport through cutting-edge GIS solutions.As part of our dynamic Geospatial Analytics team, you'll:

Deliver high-quality GIS support and advice across Auckland Transport and external stakeholders.
Create stunning cartographic products, interactive maps, dashboards, and printed visuals, that tell compelling stories.
Maintain and present geospatial data from diverse sources, including our data warehouse.
Support agile delivery teams with innovative mapping solutions.
Drive process improvements and contribute to system enhancements.
Stay ahead of the curve by researching GIS trends and sharing knowledge across the team.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

A tertiary qualification in GIS, geography, spatial science, or a related field.
Some experience in GIS, with hands-on expertise in ESRI's ArcGIS suite (Desktop & Enterprise).
Bonus points for experience with FME and ETL techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A flexible, independent mindset with a knack for balancing priorities.
Familiarity with transport planning, urban policy, and local government frameworks is a plus.
