- Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with AT's business goals and technology strategy.
- Manage outsourced vendors, holding them accountable to KPIs and service outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective service solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.
- Be a trusted partner and escalation point for the business.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in IT environments, with 5+ years in service operations management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, vendor management, and communication.
- Preferred: ITIL certification and experience in building service funding models.
