- Overseeing fleet administration: Manage and supervise all administrative tasks related to the fleet, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintaining fleet records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet vehicles.
- Assisting with booking enquiries: Provide support to customers and internal teams by handling booking enquiries, ensuring all requests are processed promptly and accurately.
- Coordinating fleet movements: Organize and coordinate the movement of fleet vehicles to meet operational needs, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of resources.
- Performing various fleet administration tasks: Carry out a range of administrative duties to support the fleet operations, including data entry, report generation, and compliance checks.
- Availability to work on a fixed roster that includes weekends (working from Thursday to Monday, with days off on Tuesday and Wednesday).
- Availability from October to February (5-month contract).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
