Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Scheduling Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term, full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing fleet administration: Manage and supervise all administrative tasks related to the fleet, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintaining fleet records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet vehicles.
  • Assisting with booking enquiries: Provide support to customers and internal teams by handling booking enquiries, ensuring all requests are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinating fleet movements: Organize and coordinate the movement of fleet vehicles to meet operational needs, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Performing various fleet administration tasks: Carry out a range of administrative duties to support the fleet operations, including data entry, report generation, and compliance checks.
Key Criteria for Candidates:
  • Availability to work on a fixed roster that includes weekends (working from Thursday to Monday, with days off on Tuesday and Wednesday).
  • Availability from October to February (5-month contract).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
