The Swim School Coordinator takes responsibility for the organisation of EA Networks Centres schools programme including liaison, reporting and all day to day aspects of the programme as well as assisting the Swim School Manager with other general administrative tasks.This is a part time position working 27.5 hours per week during the school times of Monday to Friday 8:30am – 2:30pm. For more information about this position, please read the .Who are we looking for?We are looking for an outgoing individual who is creative, motivating and has the ability to coach others to achieve results. You should have good time management skills, be confident on a computer and have good common sense. Previous experience in an organisational or administrative role would be advantageous, but not essential. The Swim School Coordinator has the responsibility of the preschool/waterbabies lessons in the mornings and in some cases may need to get in the water to cover and teach the lessons if required. Previous experience in learn to swim instructing is an advantage but is not necessary.What we can offer youWork/life balance doesn’t get much better than this.
