You will provide support to our clinicians, the Anaesthesia and Pain Management Service, as well as the overall organisation through the management of bookings, facilitation of ACC revenue and collection of clinical outcomes.You will join a dedicated team that works across multiple sites. You will be working at Hutt and Wellington Hospitals as required and will have some flexibility regarding your working schedule. The salary for this position is $62,095 to $79,573 pro rata. The hours and days will be discussed with the preferred applicant.About the Team/ServiceThe Regional Pain Management Service is a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians that work across three sites, Wellington, Kenepuru and Hutt Hospitals. The purpose of the service is to support people with chronic/persistent conditions, to live well despite pain. The service holds specific contracts with ACC and this requires communications and ACC specific funding processes. The service engages in clinical improvement projects and is actively supporting and engaging in patient centred research.About youYou will be motivated and action-focussed, working well in a diverse team to support positive outcomes for the users of the pain management service. Knowledge of the heath environment or ACC is advantageous.Skills and experience we are looking for include:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Intermediate to advanced administration experience
Working knowledge and proficiency in computer programs including Word, Excel, Zoom and Teams
Proven ability to be self-directed and autonomous
Be well organised and manage time efficiently and productively
