
Territory Manager - Construction and Forestry

- Maintaining current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
- Implementing and maintaining regular call cycles within a given area of responsibility
- Monitoring competitive activity/products and communicating to management promptly
- Maintaining all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
- Knowing and following a defined sales process
- Achieving sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share
- Maintaining assigned company vehicles and equipment
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of customer events
- Conducting new equipment field demonstrations
- Monitoring trends in customers' business activities
- Maintaining current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
- Attending applicable sales training events/seminars
- Reporting to Brandt as directed, including by way of sales reports, as managers require
- Maintaining current knowledge of used equipment values and the ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities Brandt sets from time to time
- Sales industry experience and comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment are considered assets.
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
- Must be able to obtain or already have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
