This village is still in development - once complete, this stunning village will offer a range of modern, high quality living & care options to our residents.Job Description:About the Role:
Our Café Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families. This is a permanent, full time role working a minimum of 74 hours per fortnight on a 5 days on, 2 days off shift pattern.We are anticipating a start date of 4th June 2024 for this role.Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Café Supervisor with daily operation of the on-site café
- Providing quality customer service to café patrons
- Demonstrating compliance to all regulatory and hygiene requirements
- Assisting the coordination and catering of village residents’ functions
You will be an energetic and friendly person with a positive can-do attitude and good communication skills. We value your customer service ethic as much as the technical skills you bring to the team - our culture is what sets us apart! To be successful you will bring:

- Prior experience with making great coffee, food preparation and presentation is preferable
