- Respond to incoming calls, providing advice, escalating as necessary.
- Receive and manage work orders received from our client, liaising directly with Subcontractors and our Client to ensure contractual KPI compliance is achieved in relation to service delivery.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented when liaising with the subcontractors and the Spotless trades people thereby minimising the company's exposure to risk, including subcontract extensions and other critical activity.
- Data entry into WMS, including documentation of approval and directions.
- High capability in communication both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Experienced in administration processing and co-ordination, with attention to detail.
- Efficient and accurate keyboarding skills
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment with daily deadline.
