- Provide general maintenance services to our residents in our Village and Care Home assisting with the maintenance of a comprehensive range of village facilities.
- Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety standards are met and maintained on site.
- Take responsibility in liaising with residents daily to understand and problem solve any general maintenance issues on site.
- Aids the grounds staff and undertakes general gardening tasks from time to time as and if required.
- Drive site vehicles including minibus as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong time management.
- Ability to prioritise your workload to ensure effective outcomes.
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Confidence and ability to use hand tools, power tools and to operate maintenance machinery.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal & strong customer service skills.
- Full Driver License
