To do this, we know we need to take care of our people to form a team who are strong enough to care, operate as one team, and strive to do their best.This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.Qualifications:About you:You will be a passionate & qualified Caregiver with genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life. To be a successful you will bring:

Experience in aged care and or have a qualification relevant to the role
Be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.
The ability to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoon and weekends).
This role is for part-time, 40 hours fornightly.
