- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from campaign planning and budget allocation to ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Utilize analytics platforms and marketing tools to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize campaign elements such as ad creatives, messaging, targeting parameters, and landing pages.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative team, product team, and other stakeholders to develop compelling marketing assets and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Continuously seek out opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving KPIs.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for testing and optimization. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.
