- Being the first point of contact for all people-related inquiries and managing relevant email accounts
- Assisting with onboarding and exit processes for all volunteers
- Assisting with the coordination and administration of volunteer recruitment and records management
- Providing administrative support to ensure the effective running of Volunteer Services events
- Maintaining accurate, thorough, and up to date database records
- Reporting on Volunteer analytics and information as required
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, systematic & efficient with a meticulous eye for detail
- A cooperative and flexible approach to work with great interpersonal skills
- A full, clean NZ driver's license to visit our various work sites if required.
