Kia ora!Christchurch Aircraft Maintenance has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Automotive or Aircraft Painter (or equivalent) to join their Christchurch based team.The role is a busy and varied one, working across multiple Aircraft Types and Components. Tasks include interpreting maintenance data, inspection, surface preparation and paint application (Spray, brush, roller).We seek a person that is committed to a safe workplace, is passionately customer focused, and who is comfortable working as part of a team or alone as required. You'll be adept at thinking outside the square while meeting compliance and company legislative/regulatory standards. Strong communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to relate and interact with a wide range of people on a day-to-day basis.The skills you need:

Must hold a trade qualification in Automotive or Aircraft painting or equivalent
Must be able to work in a team environment
Work within a tightly controlled regulatory environment
Able to meet tight deadlines and at times work additional hours to meet targets, including weekends.
