• Day-to-day supervision and support of Van Sales Representatives
• Close liaison with the Regional Convenience Manager to align on business objectives
• Team management, including training, development, and performance monitoring
• Staff annual leave coordination and coverage
• Overseeing and assisting with picking and loading of products
• Driving and executing sales strategies to meet targets
• Ensuring top-tier customer service and account management
• Handling stock credits and returns accurately
• Ensuring compliance with Food Safety regulations and company policies
• Promoting a culture of Health and Safety in all operational activities.

• Proven experience in sales and team leadership
• Ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Valid driver's licence Class 2
• Physically fit and able to support van loading/unloading as needed
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations
• Well-organised, proactive, and results-driven

• Agree to a Ministry of Justice check.
• Pass an ACC pre-employment check.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.
