Ideally you'll have:

Relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering.
Experience in land development, three-waters, or related infrastructure projects.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
Proficiency in Civil 3D or 12d.
Previous experience in preparing designs for subdivisions or infrastructure works.
An interest in growing your expertise within a supportive boutique consultancy setting.
