- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic and state-based partners in the IT industry
- Understand partners' business models and drive growth
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and establish mutual goals and objectives
- Ensure successful execution of joint initiatives and programs with partners to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively promote and sell APC by Schneider Electric solutions
- 5-10 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably with Channel management experience
- Strong understanding of channel sales, partner management, and business development.
- Ability to analyze market trends and leverage insights to drive growth
- Strategic thinker with high levels of emotional intelligence and commercial acumen
- Familiarity with Edge Computing and/or APC by Schneider Electric products and solutions (a plus)
