At thl, we believe that anywhere is possible.Position Overview:The Account Manager ANZ will assist the Head of Asia Pacific - tourism and B2B and the global sales team in driving sales growth and increasing revenue in Australia and New Zealand from trade tourism channels. This role focuses on thl's ANZ rental business and Discover Waitomo Group business in NZ.Responsibilities:
  • Develop yearly sales call plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain a weekly call cycle for partners.
  • Provide training to partners under a training plan.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
  • Drive Discover Waitomo sales from Australia and New Zealand partners.
  • Stay updated with industry trends.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Attend trade shows to network and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years' experience within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or similar.
  • Personal resilience and drive with the ability to self-motivate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
