Reports to: Executive Chef
Employment Type: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesStock Management: Receive, inspect, and reconcile all incoming deliveries (food, beverage, supplies).Inventory Control: Accurately record stock levels; perform regular stocktaking and reconcile discrepancies.Storage Maintenance: Store items correctly, ensuring rotation (FIFO), organization, cleanliness, and hygiene.Order Fulfillment: Prepare and deliver items to departments (kitchen, bar, F&B outlets) as needed.Waste & Damages: Track and report waste or damaged items; assist with ordering replacements.Systems & Compliance: Use inventory/PO systems (e.g., Opera, Shiji), follow WH&S and food safety standards.Team Collaboration: Coordinate with purchasing, F&B, kitchen, and maintenance teams to maintain smooth operations.Reporting: Provide regular stock and performance updates to management.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in hospitality or stock management preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.Basic computer skills; ability to learn inventory systems.Physically capable of handling stock movement (lifting, reaching, etc.).Trustworthiness and reliability.Good communication and teamwork mindset.Benefits (EVT-wide)Team Perks: Access to Elevate perks from day one — 50% off hotel stays, $2 movie tickets, ski and season discounts .Career development and opportunities across Rydges / EVT network .
