C3 has an established and proud history in our industry, and our longevity is based on building for the future and keeping ahead of the pack.We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help translate our business needs into technology outcomes and strengthen the business analysis capability of the IT team. We see this role as a critical bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring clarity, alignment, and efficiency throughout the delivery cycle. Always with a customer centric approach you will identify and analyse the information technology needs of stakeholders within the IT environment and assist the development team to realise solutions to those problems.As Business Analyst you will:Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for developing and testing teamsFacilitate effective communication between stakeholders, developers and testersSupport backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definitionIdentify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvementEnhance delivery quality by ensuring solutions meet business objectives and user expectationsThis role is essential to improving delivery velocity, reducing rework, and ensuring that our solutions are both technically sound and strategically aligned.To be successful in this role we are looking for the following experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:
An ability to understand and articulate business values
A sound understanding of typical SDLC processes is a must
Business process engineering experience
History with organisations where information-based decision making is at the foundation of solution design
Proven experience working with and developing solutions involving hybrid cloud solutions
A self-starter with strong skills in relationship development and stakeholder engagement.
Data modelling, process analysis, report writing and experience with various modelling techniques
Experience with various delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative & Agile)
Some experience in digital supply chains is a bonus
