Service Delivery Person

• Permanent full-time: This position is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with a seasonal Sunday roster (4 hours) during summer months.

• Independent servicing of customer sites throughout the Northland region.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Build strong relationships with customers through detailed stock management and customer engagement

• Excellent communication skills and customer-focus, with reasonable physical fitness.
• You should have strong attention to detail for ensuring high quality service.
• You must be able to work unsupervised, solve problems, and manage your time effectively.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is essential.

• A full and clean driver's license
• You must pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• A Ministry of Justice check will also be completed as part of the hiring process
• You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
