- Lead and inspire the guest experience team, ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints.
- Deliver transformational customer service, creating "surprise and delight" moments for guests.
- Manage front desk operations, event logistics, and food & beverage presentation.
- Oversee training, rostering, and performance development across multiple sites.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with food safety protocols.
- Proven experience in a similar guest-facing leadership role, ideally in a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional presence.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with AIMs systems.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work across varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Holds or willing to obtain a General Manager's Certificate (Liquor Service) and AVSEC clearance.
