Contract: Until the end of December, with strong potential to extend to April/May 2026What you'll be doing:
- Managing complex diaries, travel, and logistics across multiple time zones.
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper for a senior executive's inbox and priorities.
- Preparing polished presentations and reports for Executive-level meetings.
- Sourcing, collating, and presenting information to support decision-making.
- Driving projects forward with confidence, independence, and efficiency.
- Ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution of meetings, events, and initiatives.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a global environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly PowerPoint; Canva experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.
