We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join a respected residential aged care facility located in the heart of Rotorua. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with leadership capability and a passion for high-quality care to step into a role where you can truly make a difference.About the RoleAs the Clinical Services Manager, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership to a multidisciplinary care team. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining care standards, staff development, and quality systems, ensuring residents receive compassionate and consistent care.This is a senior clinical role suited to someone who enjoys balancing hands-on clinical work with leadership, coaching, and quality management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional resident care
  • Support the Facility Manager in daily operations and clinical governance
  • Monitor and maintain care standards, documentation, and compliance with legislative and contractual requirements
  • Oversee clinical audits, incident reviews, and risk management activities
  • Coordinate clinical supplies and manage interRAI and care documentation systems effectively
  • Ensure a person-centred approach that upholds dignity, safety, and well-being

About YouTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:
  • Current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate
  • 3-5 years' post-registration experience in a clinical or aged care setting
  • Proven leadership skills and experience coaching or mentoring clinical teams
  • Strong working knowledge of health and disability sector standards
  • Proficiency in clinical systems such as interRAI, Medi-Map, and eCase (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A warm, compassionate approach and a genuine passion for enhancing residents' lives
