We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join a respected residential aged care facility located in the heart of Rotorua. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with leadership capability and a passion for high-quality care to step into a role where you can truly make a difference.About the RoleAs the Clinical Services Manager, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership to a multidisciplinary care team. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining care standards, staff development, and quality systems, ensuring residents receive compassionate and consistent care.This is a senior clinical role suited to someone who enjoys balancing hands-on clinical work with leadership, coaching, and quality management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional resident care
Support the Facility Manager in daily operations and clinical governance
Monitor and maintain care standards, documentation, and compliance with legislative and contractual requirements
Oversee clinical audits, incident reviews, and risk management activities
Coordinate clinical supplies and manage interRAI and care documentation systems effectively
Ensure a person-centred approach that upholds dignity, safety, and well-being

About YouTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:

Current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate
3-5 years' post-registration experience in a clinical or aged care setting
Proven leadership skills and experience coaching or mentoring clinical teams
Strong working knowledge of health and disability sector standards
Proficiency in clinical systems such as interRAI, Medi-Map, and eCase (or willingness to learn)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
A warm, compassionate approach and a genuine passion for enhancing residents' lives
