We are recruiting for new casual employees to start in our paid training intakes, once you are qualified you will receive 20 NZQA Level 3 credits and can move into permanent positions that will work alongside your studies or standard rotations.About you

About the roleA typical day in the life of our Lifeguards will include supervising pool users ensuring a safe and fun environment for all and rotating around different stations and pools - all while interacting and building relationships with our customers.What will you need?
  • A good attitude, enthusiastic and reliable
  • Confidence in and around water - able to swim (swim test will be required in training)
  • Ability to work effectively with all cultures and ages Strong communication and high work standards
  • Great work ethic and a team player
  • Effective problem solving with the ability to think and act fast
  • Experience in a customer service role or similar advantageous

To be eligible you need:
  • The right to work in New Zealand or a NZ Work Visa with at least 12 months remaining on it from your commencement date with us
  • To be medically fit for employment Must be 16 years old or up.
  • Must be 16 years or older
