| - |Make an impact on a high-profile commercial fit-out project in the heart of Dunedin.This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, high grade commercial fit out build with a business known for delivering outstanding outcomes and fostering long-term relationships across the country.We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Project Manager to be site based and lead the day-to-day planning, delivery and reporting of a commercial fit-out project starting in a the next 8 weeks and running for around 6 months.You'll join a high-performing team that values collaboration, safety, and delivering on time and to a high standard.You'll be responsible for:
Developing and managing the project programme and delivery strategy
Leading coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
Ownership of project budget and reporting
Upholding high health & safety standards across the site
Quality Management and problem solving
Maintaining excellent relationships with the client, consultants, and local contractors
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager
Success in delivering commercial fit-out projects in NZ
Positive leadership with a solutions-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Procore preferred
A team-oriented approach and the ability to build strong site culture
Solid understanding of NZ construction codes, safety practices, and delivery processes
