This is an excellent opportunity to step into a Senior role where you can train and mentor others in engineering design methodologies and contribute to the ongoing development of a high performing team.In this role you will

Get to experience the full software lifecycle of our projects
Provide technical leadership to a small team of developers
Work in a cross-functional, agile, development team
Be immersed in a complex and challenging role
Be exposed to numerous technologies
Get cake when we release software

Ō pūkenga – About You

Experience in C# .Net, ASP, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, MS SQL and MAUI or other C# based UI frameworks
Have a strong grasp of software architecture and experience defining it
Must be able to create documentation that supports complex development work
Able to implement testing strategies to ensure code quality
Communicating with other team members to share knowledge
Can work in an agile environment

Desirable

Have experience with LMR radio products and their configuration options
User experience (UX) design
An understanding of cryptographic mechanisms
Azure experience
SonarQube experience
