- Assembling and constructing small structures or portable buildings
- General property maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations
- Using hand and power tools to complete tasks with precision
- Reading and following plans or job instructions
- Working in a team or independently depending on the task
- Keeping your work area tidy and safe
- Have hands-on experience - building, property maintenance, or similar
- Are comfortable using tools and following basic instructions or plans
- Take pride in their workmanship and deliver quality results
- Are reliable, hardworking, and safety conscious
- Can work well with others and stay motivated when working alone
