- Provide engaging leadership for all the chilled and frozen team members
- Plan the department rosters
- Ensure the shop is presented to a very high standard at all times
- Utilise SAP to its fullest capabilities to ensure stock flows smoothly from storeroom to shelf
- Work collaboratively with our SAP Manager to ensure KPI's are being achieved
- Work with the Store Manager and Owners to achieve or exceed agreed financial KPI's
- Engage and build positive relationships with, suppliers, sales reps and merchandisers
- Ensure your team is providing 'next level' customer service
- Deliver speed to market with product launches and innovations
- Drive our instore promotional activity
