  • Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, developing trusted relationships and understanding their individual goals.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and identify opportunities to add value.
  • Organise and lead client meetings and reviews, providing thoughtful insights and timely followup.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and compliance in all client interactions.
About You
You're confident, client focussed and driven by a desire to deliver meaningful outcomes. You take pride in your work, operate with integirty, and bring a proactive mindset to every challenge.You're likely to:
  • Have experience within banking, insurance or accounting client services.
  • Be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
  • Consistently seek ways to add value and support client needs.
  • Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally.
What You Bring
  • An interest in financial services or insurance (prior experience is a plus but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong client-service ethic.
  • A proactive, people-first approach to problem solving and relationship building.
