- Responding to inbound calls, emails and escalating as required
- Manage and dispatch work orders, liaising with clients, field staff and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor and track job progress through Microsoft Dynamics
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards. Company processes and policies
- Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, interaction note entry and jeopardy management of the job lifecycle.
- Proven experience in providing quality customer service through sound communication and customer management skills, including issue and conflict resolution. Think outside of the box.
- Proven team player, able to work toward common goals and participate in quality improvements
- Demonstrated keyboard skills, proven speed in typing and competence in operating computerized systems such as databases, email and Windows driven packages
- Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge (or already have knowledge) of service and products
- Ability to work unsupervised and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independence and drive and ownership and commitment
