- Resolve recurring AR invoice issues between old and new leasing contracts
- Reconcile payments and unmatched invoices, addressing over/short payment due to contract overlaps
- Liaise with business units for unpaid invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Document the business process for ongoing management of this issue
- Support both the Transactional Services Team and the Banking team in achieving their objectives
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the end-to-end process
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach with high level of accuracy
- Experience in reconciling payments and handling invoice discrepancies
- Knowledge or interest in finance
