Start your journey with us today!An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has what it takes to succeed in a dynamic and challenging role within a cross functional team and organisation.Working within the Building Services team, the successful applicant will be required to ensure the fair and consistent application and compliance of all relevant Acts, Regulations and Bylaws relating to Building Controls. The role will be primarily focused on the building warrant of fitness process working closely with building owners and their service providers.The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to their work, a good sense of humour and the ability to contribute positively within a dedicated team who are constantly meeting deadlines. Experience in or a sound knowledge of the building industry, including specified systems and NZ Building Code/Act, and some experience in a compliance role would be desirable.
