In this dynamic role, you'll take the lead in driving clinical excellence, enhancing service delivery, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. You'll work closely with a wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and engage with professionals across our extensive network.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire your team through regular team meetings and shared learning
  • Support the efficient daily operation of the clinic
  • Manage client feedback and resolve any complaints to maintain exceptional service standards
  • Identify and support professional development opportunities for both your team and yourself
  • Deliver advanced, hands-on physiotherapy services, including MSK, rehabilitation, pain management, and independence training, in both community and clinic settings
  • Maintain detailed clinical records to support and document each client's rehabilitation journey

Skills & Experience:
  • Annual Practicing certificate as registered Physiotherapist in New Zealand
  • 5 years + clinical experience within New Zealand. International applications will not be considered for this position
  • Have obtained or working toward a Post graduate qualification, or wanting to do so
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
