- Organise, direct and monitor project operations, ensuring all tasks and priorities are planned and resourced effectively.
- Supervise and support crews on site, including providing hands-on guidance and training where required.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure their work aligns with project objectives.
- Manage site costs, equipment, plant, and materials to minimise wastage and downtime.
- Liaise with clients, residents, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and positive relationships.
- Monitor compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements, promoting a culture of Zero Harm.
- A proven track record of supervising teams in the construction industry.
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to make sound decisions and provide clear direction under pressure.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
