You will work alongside an experienced team of engineers and architects to ensure a seamless migration, directly enhancing the security and reliability of a vital network that impacts a vast number of users.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality firewall installations and configurations as part of a major national project.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and firewall issues.
- Cooperate with architects and internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with design standards.
- Support WAN/LAN integration, ensuring seamless network performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to tracking key delivery metrics.
- Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer with a strong background in firewalls, network security, and infrastructure delivery.
- Hands-on experience deploying or supporting Fortinet or Palo Alto firewalls (Palo Alto experience is preferred, but training will be provided).
- Solid understanding of WAN and LAN technologies in complex environments.
- A proven ability to work in busy, delivery-focused roles with multiple stakeholders.
- A conscientious mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- A cooperative attitude and excellent communication skills.
