This is a permanent position working 40 hours across 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.You will be based across two practices, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of teams and patients, while developing a wide range of skills in a supportive environment.Why you'll love working with us:

About the position:As a receptionist, you will report to the Administration Manager and will enjoy exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Greeting and checking in patients on arrival
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Booking appointments both in person and over the phone
  • Invoicing and collecting fees from patients
  • General administrative tasks as needed
  • Cash handling
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Previous experience in administration and working within teams
  • Healthcare experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A professional attitude, excellent customer service, and strong attention to detail
  • Reliability, focus, and a friendly personality
  • Proficiency with NZ Practice Management Systems (preferred) and strong computer skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • Flexibility with hours and adaptability to working across two practices
