- We are looking for two new team members, with one permanent and one 6-month fixed term positions available
- Auckland-based opportunities
- Responding to misconduct reports and enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Supporting the licensing process and assisting market participants with regulatory obligations.
- Coordinating information requests from local and international partners.
- Maintaining quality records and supporting intelligence gathering.
- Contributing to internal reporting, cross-team projects, and process improvements.
- Supporting training initiatives and public communications (e.g. bulk mailouts).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to go beyond surface-level information, make sound, informed decisions, and 'connect the dots'.
- Clear written and verbal communication, tailored to different audiences.
- A willingness and aptitude for continuous learning - exposure to legislation is a bonus but not essential.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A team-first attitude, with a good sense of humour and initiative to spot and act on opportunities to make an even bigger impact.
